• Colorado: We do not meet the triggers of Colorado Privacy Act.
• Virginia: If you are a resident of Virginia, you may exercise certain privacy rights, twice per year, by submitting a request to privacy@fanshour.com. You may always access, correct, and/or delete certain personal information by logging into your account and accessing, correcting, or deleting your content and other profile information. • Your California Privacy Rights: We do not meet the triggers of California Civil Code §1798.83 because we do not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. However, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). The below privacy notice for California residents supplements the information contained above and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in California. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
